Adexium Ads LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Adexium Ads", "We", "Us", "Our") operates a self-serve advertising network with formats for web traffic (in-page push, web push, popunder) and Telegram traffic (Telegram Mini Apps, Telegram bot messages), together with related dashboards, APIs and reporting tools (the "Services"). Advertisers use the Services to reach audiences; publishers — owners of websites, apps and Telegram bots — show their ads. Advertisers and publishers are together called "Clients".
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data We process, why, and what choices you have. It applies to the Services and to the Official Website at adexiumads.com. We may update it; updates take effect when published here, and material changes are announced to Clients by email.
1. Information concerning end-users
1.1. Role of the parties. When data relating to an end-user (a person visiting a publisher's website, app or Telegram surface) is processed to show an ad, We act as a processor under the GDPR and equivalent laws on behalf of the relevant Client, which is the controller and is responsible for the lawful basis, notices and consents.
1.2. What information We may collect. We avoid collecting information that identifies a person directly, such as name, postal address or email. When you interact with a site, app or Telegram surface that uses the Services, We may automatically collect or receive:
- device information — device type and model, browser, operating system, language;
- log information — the site or app visited, time and time zone, referrer URL, network connection type, cookie identifiers;
- IP address, user-agent string and approximate location (country, region, city) derived from the IP address;
- mobile advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA, Google Advertising ID) only where the device permits it;
- ad interaction data — which ad was shown and whether it was clicked.

1.6. Data-subject requests. Requests concerning end-user data are best sent to the website or app you visited (the controller). Requests sent to Us at support@adexiumads.com are forwarded to the relevant Client and We assist in answering them.
1.7. Children. The Services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly build interest profiles of, or target ads to, children under 16.
1.8. Retention. End-user data is retained for up to 365 days for reporting, billing, fraud prevention and dispute resolution, unless the law requires longer.
2. Information concerning Clients
2.1. Role. For personal data of Clients themselves — people who register, use the dashboard, pay or contact Us — We are the controller.
2.2. What We collect.
- contact information: name, company name, address, phone number, email;
- billing information: payment method details as provided by Our payment processors (We do not store full card numbers), bank details for bank transfers and refunds, transaction history;
- verification information where required by law (identity, company registration, beneficial owners, sanctions screening);
- account activity and support correspondence.
2.3. Lawful basis. Performance of Our contract with you (the Terms of Service); Our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Services and preventing fraud; compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering, sanctions); and your consent where it is required.
2.4. How We use it. To provide the Services and support; to process payments and refunds and send transaction notices; to carry out verification and fraud checks; to resolve disputes; and to contact you about your Account.
