Advertising Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-29

This policy defines what may be advertised through Adexium Ads LLC and how campaigns are reviewed. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every creative, landing page, redirect and post-click flow, in every country and on every format.

1. Allowed categories

We accept advertising only in the following categories, provided the product is legal in every country the campaign targets:

  • Ecommerce — Online stores and marketplaces selling physical or digital goods that are legal in the targeted countries.
  • Mobile and web apps — Apps distributed through official app stores or the web, and Telegram Mini Apps and bots.
  • Games — Mobile, browser, PC and console games, including Telegram Mini App games. In-game purchases are allowed; real-money wagering is not.
  • Software and SaaS — Business and consumer software, productivity tools, developer tools and online services.
  • AI products — AI assistants, writing, image, video and productivity tools. AI products with sexual content or companionship-for-adults positioning fall under the prohibited adult category.

A product outside these categories is reviewed individually and may be refused.

2. Prohibited categories

The following categories are not accepted in any form, including through landing pages, redirects or "white" pages that lead to them:

  • Gambling, betting and sweepstakes — Online and land-based casinos, sports betting, poker, lotteries, sweepstakes and prize draws, skill games played for money, and any product where users stake money or crypto-assets for a chance to win.
  • Adult content and dating — Pornography, sexually explicit or suggestive content, adult AI companions, webcams, escort and sexual services, and dating or hookup services of any kind.
  • Crypto-assets, forex and trading — Cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, tokens, NFTs, airdrops and mining; forex, CFDs, binary options, copy trading, trading signals and bots; investment schemes and any promise of returns.
  • Nutraceuticals and health claims — Dietary supplements, weight-loss, muscle-gain, anti-aging, potency and "miracle cure" products, and any product making medical or health claims; prescription drugs and online pharmacies.
  • Payday loans and high-cost credit — Payday and short-term loans, high-interest consumer credit, debt-relief and credit-repair services.
  • VPN and proxy services — VPN apps, proxy services and tools to bypass network restrictions or hide identity.

3. Prohibited content

In any category, advertisements and landing pages must not contain or promote:

  • exploitation or abuse of minors in any form;
  • human trafficking, and sexual services offered under the guise of legitimate activities such as massage, communication or psychological help;
  • high-risk investments, get-rich-quick schemes and financial pyramids;
  • illegal goods, services or activity;
  • narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their precursors and analogues, and "digital drugs";
  • content discrediting the honor, dignity or business reputation of individuals or organizations;
  • online pharmaceuticals and prescription drugs;
  • pornography and items of a pornographic nature;
  • magical and occult services — psychics, fortune-tellers, astrologers and persons claiming supernatural abilities, and training for these activities;
  • tobacco, nicotine and vaping products;
  • weapons, ammunition and explosives;
  • calls to join religious groups or take part in religious ceremonies;
  • self-harm, mutilation or suicide promotion;
  • illicit trade in human organs;
  • goods and services against human rights and freedoms;
  • promotion of violence and cruelty, or content inducing dangerous actions;
  • threats, harassment or attacks on individuals or organizations;
  • criminal or terrorist content, hate speech and discrimination;
  • hacking of computer systems and programs;
  • malware, spyware, mining scripts, phishing, fake virus alerts, tech-support scams and ransomware;
  • misleading claims: fake system messages, fake prizes or payouts, impersonation of brands, banks or government bodies, hidden subscriptions and hidden billing;
  • any other content whose distribution is prohibited by law in a country where the campaign runs.

4. Requirements for every campaign

  • The creative must match the landing page and describe the product honestly.
  • The landing page must work, show the advertiser's identity and must not change behind an unchanged URL.
  • No forced downloads, forced redirects, back-button hijacking or cloaking.
  • Prices, subscriptions and recurring charges must be stated clearly before purchase.
  • Targeting must not be directed at children under 16.

5. How campaigns are reviewed

No campaign runs before it has been reviewed. Every new campaign, and every later change to a creative or destination URL, is reviewed again before delivery.

  • Destination check — the URL is validated and checked, together with every domain in its redirect chain, against Google Safe Browsing.
  • Landing-page scan — an automated browser opens the landing page on mobile and desktop, follows all redirects and records screenshots and the page text. It never fills in or submits forms.
  • Content check — automated content classification of the creative image, creative text and landing-page text, plus a library of rules for scams, phishing, impersonation and prohibited categories.
  • Human review — anything the automated checks cannot approve with high confidence goes to a moderator, who approves, requests changes or declines.

Automated review usually completes within about an hour; campaigns sent to a moderator are decided within 24 hours. If a campaign is declined, the reason is shown in the dashboard.

6. Monitoring and enforcement

  • Landing pages of live campaigns are re-scanned regularly, and destination URLs are re-checked against Google Safe Browsing.
  • A serious violation (illegal content, malware, phishing, a prohibited category) stops the campaign immediately and suspends the account pending investigation.
  • A minor violation (missing disclosure, mismatch between creative and landing page) pauses the campaign until it is fixed and reviewed again.
  • Repeated or serious violations lead to termination of the account under clause 12.2 of the Terms of Service.

7. Reporting an ad

To report an ad that breaks this policy, email support@adexiumads.com with a screenshot or the URL. We reply within 1 business day.
